Energy Psychology is a science that combines Eastern approaches to the mind and body with ideas from Western psychology and psychotherapy. Most of its practices are based on the method of influencing energetically active points of the physical body (acupuncture points) together with positive reprogramming of the perception of an event that causes negative emotions. This allows for radical improvement of such conditions as anxiety disorders, phobias, stress, etc.

The basic principles of energy psychology were first developed in the early 1980s by Roger Callahan, Ph.D. He also developed the practical method of Thought Field Therapy (TFT).

David Feinstein, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist, developed a systematic program for training in energy psychology.
In the mid-90s, Harry Craig created the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) system as a further development of the Callahan system. At the same time, Zivorad Slavinsky, a Serbian psychotherapist, created the popular PEAT (Psycho Emotional Acupressure Therapy) method.

In addition, many outstanding scientists have also contributed to the development of both the theory and practice of energy psychology. It can be said with complete confidence that today energy psychology has proven its enormous practical significance and great effectiveness in harmonizing a wide variety of psychological problems.

Thanks to a number of outstanding discoveries in natural science by such geniuses as Nikola Tesla (universal ether field), Nikolai Kozyrev (universal field of Time), Albert Einstein (universal field of Love), a breakthrough has been made in the theoretical substantiation and experimental study of a single universal field that underlies all physical phenomena.

According to the discovery of A. Einstein, the universal unified field is the field of Love. Today, scientists have learned to quantitatively measure the emotion of Love using various methods (see the chapter “Quantitative Measurement of Love”). Thus, the concept of Love has acquired a quantitative aspect and can be used in scientific research and physical formulas as a quantitative value.

The energy of Love is the root cause of human behavior. This is exactly what the “Basic Law of Subtle Energy Exchange” states, which is essentially a simplification of the “Universal Formula of the Unified Field” by A. Einstein. The energy of Love, in addition to the quantitative aspect, carries important information: joy, grief, happiness, love. The effect of this energy on a person can even be the opposite depending on the information characteristics of the subtle energy of Love. To understand the root causes of human behavior, it is necessary to consider information as another main factor in everything that happens. This work is devoted to energy-informational psychology, where subtle energy is inextricably linked with the information component, which allows us to focus on the root causes of what is happening. Understanding the root causes allows us to develop the most effective ways to harmonize problems in each specific case.

The discovery of the “Basic Law of Subtle Energy Exchange” by A. Einstein made it possible to expand the theoretical basis of energy-informational psychology and develop new methods of practical use. This is what this work is devoted to.
