To formulate the law, let’s look at simple examples. Remember yourself in a state of love, for example, in nature in a pine forest. You love the forest, every tree, all the birds and animals. Even a simple memory gives you strength, and, therefore, love instantly increases the level of vitality, the level of your subtle energy.

The opposite case. Remember moments of loss of love, namely, deception, betrayal, insult, etc. Memories of this also instantly deprive you of strength, subtle energy.
Where does subtle energy come from when we are alone with ourselves and experience the emotion of love?
Apparently, we are immersed in a powerful external field of love. This field is created by all people when they are in the vibrations of love, this field is constantly emitted by saints, avatars, light cosmic entities, generalizing, we can say that this IS the field of God. Just as a radio receiver, when tuned to a certain radio wave, begins to receive a corresponding signal, so we, experiencing the emotion of pure love, are filled with subtle energy from the toes to the top of the head, as much as we are able to accommodate at that moment in time. We are like batteries that always have the happy opportunity to connect to an inexhaustible source of power!
Subtle energy fills us with enormous power, so that we want to fly and “move mountains” when we experience love and, conversely, the loss of love is always accompanied by the loss of vital energy, the loss of strength.
These examples are quite sufficient for a preliminary formulation of the law.
THE BASIC LAW OF SUBTLE ENERGY EXCHANGE:
WHERE THERE IS LOVE – THERE IS SUBTLE ENERGY
For us, love is first of all a feeling of deep sympathy, an emotion of enthusiastic acceptance. The formulated law directly connects love with subtle energy, the basis of life. According to this law, love is that very fabric of life, that very energy, thanks to which everything lives and moves.
Thus, such a feeling as love, such an emotion as love determines our energy, our life force at every moment in time.
The brevity and simplicity of the law is in fact its strength, testifying to its approach to the truth, because “true science is simple, precise and inviting” (Agni Yoga).

All great teachers spoke about love as the essence of all things and as the most important thing. Love is the dominant of the absolute majority of spiritual teachings, the dominant of all world religions. The overwhelming majority of poems and songs are about love. Therefore, the law of love has the right to be called “basic”.
A natural question arises: if love is so powerfully dominant in our world, then where does so much evil come from? One would like to introduce another opposite force of evil into this world. However, many great teachers have claimed that evil, as an independent energy, does not exist. In this work it will be shown that a much wider range of phenomena has a logically consistent explanation if we accept that love is the only force in this world.
Love is the only power in our world!

Therefore, if a wider range of phenomena is well explained by a simple model in which the only force is love, then there is absolutely no need to complicate the picture of the world by introducing some additional opposing forces, which also significantly narrow the range of explained phenomena. Subtle energy is our life force. Based on the formulation of the basic law, we can call subtle energy the energy of love. And love is the vibration of God, so it is also legitimate to call it divine energy.

Why was such a simple and obvious law (of subtle energy exchange) not formulated earlier, although the greatest sages have always emphasized the extremely important role of love in our lives?
Only now has the concept of “subtle energy” entered natural science under various names. Only now have scientists begun to establish a connection between human consciousness and manifested events. I mean, first of all, the law of Synchronicity, discovered by Carl Jung in the last century, and the phenomenon of the observer’s influence on the behavior of microparticles. Before these discoveries, the paradigm that had developed in science did not allow formulating the basic law of subtle energy exchange, since this law directly speaks of energy management by changing a person’s emotional state.
But what about A. Einstein, this super genius who breaks fundamental stereotypes of the world order, space, time and physical laws? Didn’t he notice the connection between energy and the emotion of Love?
I couldn’t find anything in the officially published works of A. Einstein. But in an unofficial letter, Albert Einstein wrote to his daughter:

If we want our species to survive, if we want to find meaning in life, if we want to save the world and all the creatures that live here, then love is the only answer. We may not yet be ready to make a love bomb, a device powerful enough to completely destroy the hatred, selfishness, and greed that have ravaged the planet.
However, each of us carries within us a small but powerful generator of love, the energy of which is waiting to be released. So, A. Einstein not only formulated the basic law of fine energy exchange in a broader aspect, but also proposed using his famous equation E=mc2 to describe it.
This is what A. Einstein’s UNIVERSAL FORMULA OF LOVE looks like: E = L * c2,
where E is energy, L is love, c2 is a constant equal to the speed of light squared. How is Love measured? If energy is in standard units (joules), then the emotion of love should be measured in units of mass (kilograms).
What is just one gram of love according to this formula? According to my calculations, 1 gram of love is equal to the energy a person receives from eating 6,300 tons of shashlik (3,400 kcal per 1 kg).
So, 1 gram of Love is equal in energy to 6300 tons of fatty pork shashlik. If you have at least a gram of Love, you can really move mountains!
If you eat 250 g (portion) of such shashlik every day, then to eat 6300 tons you will need exactly 70 years of life. And this is only 1 gram of LOVE! Just 1 gram of LOVE will provide us with energy for the rest of our lives! This is the nuclear energy of LOVE, which, according to A. Einstein, “will completely destroy the hatred, selfishness and greed that have devastated the planet.”
“The Basic Law of Subtle Energy Exchange” is a narrowing and direct consequence of the Universal Formula of Love by A. Einstein. Therefore, the “Basic Law of Subtle Energy Exchange” can and should bear the name of its discoverer.
