Let’s observe our energy in ordinary everyday situations.

Experiencing love, euphoria, we are filled with subtle energy so that we can easily perform a physical action that we previously managed with great difficulty. Remember the common expression: “jumped for joy.” That is, subtle energy quickly and powerfully manifests itself in the form of high tone of our muscles. Sexual intimacy at the physiological level without love leads to a large waste of energy. And sexual relations with a loved one, on the contrary, bring a sea of energy. We practically do not get tired of our favorite work. And unloved work quickly drains all our strength. Therefore, the ingrained opinion that only the process of eating nourishes our body is a false stereotype.
“Man does not live by bread alone.” Old Testament, Deuteronomy, ch. 8, Art. 3.
A person is a complex open energy system with many sources of energy supply, the most important of which are subtle energy and physical food.
It is impossible to determine exactly whether I moved the chair due to the energy I received from food, or due to the subtle energy that came to me when I was feeling love.
Physical food includes a subtle component. This is easy to notice if a loved one prepared food for you at a time of strong resentment towards you. Such food may become unsuitable for you, while everyone else will calmly enjoy this wonderful dish.
We can compensate for the lack of energy from one source by increasing the flow of energy from another. Monks and saints, as a rule, eat little because they receive a lot of subtle energy from the external field of God. And, conversely, if a person is under stress without subtle energy, then he strives to get out of this energy hole by increasing food consumption.
The problem of overeating, the problem of excess weight often has its roots in a lack of love.
Conclusion. We receive some energy through food, and some from people and from the external field when we are in love. We spend this energy in our everyday life. Subtle energy leaves us in moments of irritation, anxiety, condemnation, resentment and comes to us when we become more joyful, happier.
What will change with such a perception of reality? EVERYTHING will change!
